Cooking forms an important part of every study year at IINH. Our wholefoods-based cookery demonstration classes are presented by Maggie Lynch of the Soulfood Company.
Maggie has 25 years of experience as a chef in fine restaurants in Australia and Ireland, and is an excellent and charismatic cooking tutor. She plans and delivers our structured wholefoods-based cooking programme.
