Nutritional Therapist and Lecturer in Nutrition for the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health
I run a private practice in Drogheda, Ireland and my areas of interest are digestive problems, inflammatory conditions, female hormone imbalances/infertility and stress/weight management. I have unique skills in that my background in clinical research and pharmaceuticals ensures that I have an excellent understanding of pathologies and current treatment options and I aim to utilise this in an integrated approach to helping people manage their health concerns and ailments.
I lecture on a consultancy basis in Nutrition, Physiology, Pathophysiology and Research Methods for the IINH Nutritional Therapy Diploma course in Ireland. I also work in the local healthfood shop as a nutritional advisor one day a week. I am a registered member of the Nutritional Therapy Council, BANT and the NTOI and am an active member of the NTOI CPD committee helping to organise and run CPD seminars for Nutritional therapists in Ireland.
