Health check on boundaries pt 2
Join Jo as she explores and examines your boundaries to see if they serve you well or could do with a bit of a health check. Healthy boundaries allow us to manage and protect our time, our energy, our space, and our own personal resources. When managed well, our lives flow and we can fulfil our potential in our lives, relationships and careers. We can be open to people, opportunities and situations.
Many of us, including our clients, can benefit from assistance in developing and managing boundaries in our lives. These two 1 hour alumni group coaching sessions are designed to enable you to explore, comfortably assess, review and get clear about your own boundaries.
You will have time to use the techniques offered within this session to make a few changes in your world, and perhaps also with clients for whom better boundaries could mean better health. The follow-up session on April 23rd will explore this topic further and discuss progress made in true coaching style.
