Studying nutritional therapy was the perfect blend and has allowed me to further specialise in promoting good mental well-being by identifying biochemical imbalances in the body and using food and nutrients to re-balance. I also focus on general nutritional therapy promoting optimal health in areas such as digestion and energy.
