As a fervent believer in detoxification to obtain ultimate health and vitality, I have long been an advocate of intermittent and short term fasting, not only for sustainable weight loss but also for health and longevity. Doing yearly 7 day Fasts and various forms of IF in between has been my lifestyle since 2011. Having experienced at first hand the body’s tremendous ability to self-heal during a fast, I wanted to share the wonderful physical and mental well-being fasting brings. In 2018, I attended the “Institut Superieur de Naturopathie” in Paris, France, and received their professional training for short, non-therapeutic fasting, in accordance with the naturopathic philosophy of promoting healthy living. I now offer 7 day Fasting retreats in Ireland as well as online coaching for people who want to understand and safely practice regular intermittent fasting or occasional short liquid fasts for health and wellbeing.
