I am passionate about helping others to feel happier, healthier and live the true life they were meant to live. I run a Wellness Centre in Greystones, Wicklow, where I help lots of people every month to lose weight if needed, be healthier with more energy, and learn to fall in love with themselves again! I see clients privately and online, where I work with them on their diet, lifestyle and mindset helping them with healthier choices. I use a Tanita Scales which gives an overall body scan with a breakdown of Body Fat, Muscle Mass etc. This review also helps clients to be accountable which keeps them focused on their ultimate goals. My clients achieve incredible results with weight, energy, confidence and general wellbeing. I have been helping hundreds of clients with their health goals since 2004.
