Maggie's Tips
- Dukkah is a traditional Egyptian condiment of nuts, herbs and spices. It is used as a dip with bread and olive oil I sprinkle it over chicken, tofu, fish, salads, vegetables and so on
- Instead of dukkah, sprinkle over some chilli flakes or sumac
- For a more luxurious version add thinly sliced organic smoked salmon.
- Gluten free option: Use GF bread
- Low carb option: Use low carb bread
- Dairy free option: Use a goats cheese or sheep's cheese if you can tolerate it.
