Cottage Cheese Toasts with Tasty Toppers
Cottage Cheese Toasts with Tasty Toppers
These tasty little toasts are really simple to put together. On this occasion I have just selected a range of store cupboard ingredients - so a super nice cheat snack :-). There is a lovely creamy sharpness to the cottage, so you can eat on its own or top with your favourite topping. I've added a few of my own favourite ideas. This recipe was developed for Natural Good Life Magazine available free in your local HFS.
