Ingredients
- 40 g ginger grated
- 15 g fresh turmeric grated
- 15 g garlic 2 cloves, grated
- 250 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tbsp Udo’s Choice oil
Method
- Place the grated ginger, turmeric, garlic, oil and pepper in a small saucepan. Gently warm to infuse (do not heat to simmer). After about 7 minutes the ginger, turmeric and garlic will have softened.
- Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.
- Strain the oil to remove the solid fragments. Mix in Udo’s choice oil. Pour into a glass bottle or small kilner jar. Store in the fridge and bring back to room temperature before use.
