Keith's Biography
Keith Duffy is a certified Nutrition & Health Coach. He also completed the Sports Nutrition to fuel your Performance Course. He graduated from IINH in 2019.
On May 1st 2022, what began as a one month alcohol-free test has now turned into a 18 month happy and sober lifestyle. Although not an expert, he hopes that through his own experience and research into alcohol, he will be able to help others who are struggling to reduce or to achieve complete sobriety.
He is a passionate public speaker, and this is where he feels more comfortable, sharing his insights at workshops and events. Recognising the health issues with overweightness and alcohol consumption, he hopes to reach wider audiences and continue spreading the word of functional medicine and sustainable health practices.
He also enjoys writing and in March this year was featured in the IHCAN magazine. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese and lives with his wife, Vanessa, in Barcelona, Spain.
