Caroline Seale qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2011 and runs a private practice online at www.discovernutrition.ie. She also works as a Nutrition Consultant for VHI HealthCare and provides nutrition & wellbeing workshops to their corporate clients.
Caroline co-ordinates the Nutritional Therapy Programme at IINH and previously supervised students in their clinical practice alongside lecturing in Functional Testing. Her areas of clinical expertise include post viral fatigue, and digestive health. She also holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Marketing and prior to career change spent over 15 years working in marketing agencies and the financial services industry.
