Ciara Beaugé

Director of Nutritional Therapy; Lecturer for NT & Nutritional Therapist
Ciara Beaugé became a qualified Nutritional Therapist in 2010 and has since established her own private practice (ciarabeaugenutrition.com), offering both in-person consultations at her home clinic in Co Wicklow and virtual appointments. She works with clients on a one-on-one basis, is involved in local community workshops, wellness events and retreats. Additionally, Ciara provides corporate wellness services, both independently and through Glenville Nutrition Ireland.
Ciara’s interest in psychology led her to earn a bachelor’s degree and a diploma in Biocognitive Psychology, as well as a Business Practitioner Certificate in NLP. She further combined her passion for psychology and nutrition by completing an advanced course in Nutrient Therapy for mental health disorders, run by Dr. William Walsh of the Walsh Research Institute. As a result, Ciara specialises in supporting clients with mood and mental health concerns, in addition to general nutritional therapy.
Ciara has been actively involved in the development of nutritional therapy in Ireland, contributing her time to NTOI since it was established in 2007. Over the years, she has held various roles including Membership Secretary and Director – currently, she is serving on the Events Subcommittee.
