Lynne Dalton (DipNT mNTOI mIFM) is an experienced clinical Nutritional Therapist practicing with Glenville Nutrition. She believes that health is not just about the absence of disease and that we were designed to live long lives with energy and vitality. This belief has created a particular interest in women’s health and an enthusiasm for helping clinical patients deal with fertility issues, hormone imbalances, symptoms of menopause and supporting optimal bone health. Lynne is also keenly interested in the human microbiome and utilising advanced microbiome testing to support health and longevity. Also a qualified Health and Wellness Coach, Lynne supports clients in making positive behavioural changes to attain better health and wellbeing. She has delivered countless corporate wellness talks and brought weight management programmes to many groups. In addition to her clinical and corporate work Lynne has also worked in academia as a lecturer and personal tutor for the last five years.
