Lecturer for Coaching & NT Programme

Petra is a nutritional therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Human Nutrition from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and graduated with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the IINH in 2017. As a mother of 4, Petra has a valued interest in the role that our relationship with food has on the wellbeing for all age groups, and endeavours to support clients with a positive, attainable, and flexible approach to nutrition, eating and health. A true foodie at heart and keen gardener, Petra combines her love for cooking with the application of nutrition science to support clients in helping them find their own ways to nourish themselves from the inside out.

With a background in scientific research and teaching, Petra’s lecture areas at IINH include the digestion modules for both the coaching and NT programmes, the urinary and respiratory units as well as assessing the final year NT case study assignment.
