Mix together cottage cheese, lemon juice, dill, Manuka honey and seasoning. Keep chilled until ready to use.
Toast or char-grill bread until golden. Halve the avocado, remove stone and thinly slice.
To serve: Spoon cottage cheese mixture equally over each slice of bread. Top with sliced avocado and sprinkle of dukkah. Drizzle with extra manuka honey.
Serve right away.
